Get prime-ingestion-test network plumbed through to internet for SFTP traffic #52

Since we're using the CDC-managed VNET (prime-ingestion-test-VNET) our route to the internet goes over their connection through the Palo Alto firewall. To reach the public health department of Virginia we'll need two things:

  1. The default route from the prime-ingestion-test-VNET through the firewall enabled
  2. A firewall rule modification to allow port 22 (SFTP/SSH) traffic to the Virginia public health department SFTP server.

Both of these things are in-progress but being managed by the CDC firewall team. Contact is Timothy Patrick (ikf6@cdc.gov).
