Azure Access for Experience Engineers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes - the experience engineering team (Kevin Haube, Aurora Hampton and Penny Lischer) are now, or in the future will be, given tasks that necessitate having access to Azure tools that are currently only available to super users, but do not have the ability to access these tools.

Aurora - has a superuser account she can connect to, but it does not seem to grant her access to the necessary tools (app insights, etc.)

Kevin - may have a super user account, but if he does is unable to access it.

Penny - does not yet have an account.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Accounts created for those who need them
• Access granted within Azure for the accounts
• Directions on how to connect (virtual desktop, VPN)

Describe alternatives you've considered AWS?? a pure frontend team? no real alternatives here

Additional context This is not extremely urgent, but would be nice to have completed asap so that any Azure facing work can proceed, and oncall rotations can be expanded.

Penny does not have CDC credentials, we need for her to get the basic login before they can create her -su account
