Access/Setup for Angela DeGolier #81

Need regular Azure access, SU, and VPN, I think? Not sure what all you need for this, but presumably you'll need my CDC user which is UOQ2. If there's anything else, please let me know!

If you're finding this, I think I created it wrong. I made a new ticket and this one can be removed/deleted/closed, but I can't seem to do that myself.
