Main Objectives & Tasks:

[ ] Obtain additional de-identified production files. Utilize the VBScript to de-identify data.
[ ] If you don't have it yet, obtain remote access for the setup of the VBScript for data transformation and submission.
[ ] Perform the mapping between the CSV file and RS. Link to the Mapping Templates is https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1a6-Dw61CtlSDOmohD7BHE2DVFYbRiGRF/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=105297973892009515980&rtpof=true&sd=true
[ ] Identify issues that may affect solution or feature requests. Example, the file produced is HTML and must be converted to CSV.

Met with Main Street. They will provide remote access and a de-identified Lab 3 Report CSV file.

Main Street is not using Practice Velocity, so they do not have the Lab 3 Report. I've provided a de-identified Lab 3 Report CSV file. They are going to try to duplicate it with their reporting system.

10/1/21 - Met with Main Street. Too summarize, we are moving forward with mapping the existing CSV file while Thomas researches how to potentially get Race & Ethnicity.

Email'd Main Street for an update on the questions and issues from our meeting and asked when a new de-identified file would be sent.

Email'd Main Street again asking for a status.

Main Street responded that they are behind on reporting and are opening new locations. They didn't give a date on responding to the questions and send a new test file.
