This ticket outlines the plan for the final phase of the COVID pipeline and the onboarding strategy for the Universal pipeline. The goal is to ensure a smooth transition for existing clients from the COVID pipeline to the Universal pipeline while also attracting and onboarding new clients effectively. The plan includes assessing the need to keep clients on the COVID pipeline, communication and engagement with clients, data mapping and transformation, migration schedule, testing, parallel operation, data cutover, post-migration support, and the onboarding process for new clients. This comprehensive plan will ensure a seamless integration of the Universal pipeline and enhance data handling for all reportable disease conditions.
