As a ReportStream Support team member, I want users to review the FAQ prior to submitting a service request so that users can self-serve their needs if possible prior to contacting the support team.
Background & context
In Q3, the WebX team design team coordinated with Sharon to add a callout to relevant FAQ sections above the service request (see below). However, the design/content was added to the OLD form (called "Contact us" in Smartsheet). This ticket captures the work of adding the finalized "design" (Smartsheet formatting) and content to the NEW service request form.
