Homepage Content Update and add "What's new and next for ReportStream" section #12010

Problem statement

We had included a section and one sentence earlier in the page in the original design that was cut from the initial home page iteration because the pages it links to were not ready yet. But now they are so we can add it!

What you need to know

Content doc
- Body content update
- The new section will include three cards and will be under the “still exploring” bar. Stylized like the Additional resources sections, like the one on this page.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Body section includes content update as reflected in the Content Doc above
[ ] "What's new and next for ReportStream" section added with three cards below the "Still Exploring" section per the Content Doc above

Couple quick questions @audreykwr (apologies for the delay on digging into this):

1) Is the plan that this "What's Next" section will include links/information about new things we are planning at RS? The title "What's Next" seems a bit misleading here as both of the existing links are about things we've completed/finished.

2) There is a link to the News page in the second bullet point under "What you Need to Know" on this ticket, is that to indicate that the words "what's next" in that sentence should be linked to the News page when the sentence is added to the homepage? If so, may be worth updating the figma to reflect that to avoid any confusion.

Ugh yeah, and actually, looking closer, we also need to update the style of those cards in that design to match more recent ones that shifted. Okay, I'm going to just make a content doc instead because the old Figma is going to get confusing. I will ping you when that's attached so this is actually ready. Sorry for the false alarm on readiness.

@audreykwr @jillian-hammer Anything need to be updated on this content / design before we taking it on from an engineering perspective? I realize it is pretty old, and things make have changed since then
