User Story
As a ReportStream engineer, I want to create mappings for CTD to FHIR so that I can ensure data does not get dropped during translation and so that I can enable the creation of mappings of ORU-R01 segments that reference the HL7v2 DataTypes.
Description/Use Case
Currently, there is no spreadsheet relating to the CTD mapping, so we would want to draw on sources like PRT[RelatedPerson]-PRT-23 and PRT-24 to infer what these mappings should look like
