Update UI Design of the Daily Data Page with new search bar

Context

From the previous mockups of the Daily Data with the added search bar (and other features), create a high fidelity UI layup in Figma.

Notable New Features

Product-approved Feature List

• A single search bar for searching either Report ID or Filename
• The additive filtering of receiver service (name TBD), date range, and/ or time range
• The addition of the receiver service details in the results table (new column addition)
• Updated UX message to add clarity and enhance usability (separate ticket)

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Create UI design(s) that integrates the new features and aligns with existing style guide
• [x] Gain alignment and approval of design with product and engineering

Collaborated with content designer and latest high fidelity design is located in the Figma workspace. The feature list has been updated to reflect the latest UI/UX designs.
