Update Daily Data table component and add new column

Problem statement

The Daily Data page currently uses the old table component. The new custom table component needs to be implemented and a new column for Receiver needs to be added.

What you need to know

• Default view
• Different state views (default, search, filter, error, etc.)
• Product-approved Feature List

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Table is updated to the new custom table component
• [ ] Column for receiver is present
• [ ] Review with Product (Chris) and Design (Jess)
