Audit existing unconnected STLTs

Problem Statement

In order to develop a plan, we need to know the current status of all of the 64 ELC-funded STLTs that are not connected to ReportStream.

What you need to know

• Chris thinks this is going to be like a baseball card showing important information on each unconnected STLT with information that includes but is not limited to:

  • STLT name
  • STLT contacts
  • Last communication date
  • Last communication RS representative
  • Summary of Last communication
  • Reason they have expressed as not being connected
  • Link to their reportable conditions
  • Are they connected to a PRIME product that is not RS (DIBBs, NBS, etc)
  • Are COVID, Flu (general), RSV, or Mpox a reportable condition to that STLT?

We have collected documentation on all unconnected STLTs with the exceptions of other Prime products, which we are currently looking into.
