Create Product Opportunity Framework #13292

User Story As a product manager, I'd like to understand the landscape of user needs and product opportunities in order to prioritize upcoming work for the roadmap.

This epic will contain the process of defining the framework, gathering the datapoints, synthesizing, and developing the visual framework.

This is a large undertaking that involves looking into all of ReportStream's past research and other sources to identify the areas of opportunity for future product development. This is intended to be an extremely comprehensive documentation (hopefully conveyed visually) that you would reference for product prioritization and other planning - not just the for this upcoming quarter, but for years to come. I've casually referred to this as a "menu" for you to choose from.
