User Story

As a researcher, I need to gather the high-level user needs and pain points.

Context

This ticket is a portion of the research gathering tickets that act as the foundation for the larger "opportunity" framework.

The focus of this ticket is to compile high-level opportunities, recommendations, and implications that will inform the Opportunity Map. Additional datatypes, such as needs, behaviors, feature requests, etc. will be recorded, but not the primary search focus for this ticket.

@brandonnava I foresee us working closely on the analysis of the above items. May you write the detailed objectives and preliminary acceptance criteria for the message monitoring work slated for Q3 in a separate ticket (could be in another epic)? I want to make sure that if I'm reviewing the documents, I can take care of both the opportunity map and Q3 work at the same time.

Contrary to an earlier comment on this ticket, I've brought back in the content that relate to message monitoring (to ramp up on the external message monitoring research #15205).

Some topics have not been re-mined in this initial pass, but I leverage ticket #13296 as a way to backfill other re-mined documents into an already-visualized framework.
