Background Context ReportStream is investigating what information is desired and necessary, from and external usage perspective. Research must be done in order to identify the use cases, data types, methods, and frequency of which our external users would like to gain and use information. Description Based on the findings from the External Message Monitoring Research, develop actionable recommendations and next steps and share them with the team.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Collaborate with primary researcher to develop recommendations and append them to the research report
• [ ] Present next steps to ReportStream team (All teams, Sprint Review, Product Sync, etc.)
• [ ] Place new opportunities in Potential Initiatives List
