Support reviewed PowerBi dashboard received appears messages should have been sent to MA on 9/20 and 9/21. Please investigate and resend failures @victor-chaparro

Problem statement
When checking Daily Data submissions on ReportStream site (https://reportstream.cdc.gov/daily-data), request is stuck in infinite loop until error in red appears, without any results showing.
What you need to know
Support has tried troubleshooting steps such as logging in/out, delete cache/cookies.
The system works intermittently for some receivers.
To do
Find fix for system so support can assist user in confirmation of files submitted.
Confirm if any files missing or submissions for 9/21, 9/22 for Massachusetts.
