We received an email from Arkansas that their cert needs to be updated.

Request came via email. Connect with Victor or Glenn or Chris for details/info

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Arkansas certification updated to avoid any gap in service

@victor-chaparro , @chris-kuryak I talked with James. One thing is i need the new files sent from Arkansas. However, couldn't do it anyway because I do not have access to the keyvault, and I need it to store the new key .

Does @lucero-v ? Perhaps she can screenshare and handle any access issues you have until they are overcome?
