User Story

As a receiver of syndromic surveillance data, I want to be onboarded to the UP, so that I can receive ss data from NSSP.

Description/Use Case

Oklahoma has been identified as the first receiver of ADT messages from NSSP. We need to onboard them to the staging UP and verify they are receiving exact copies of the ADT messages submitted by NSSP.
