Settings API #4884

A nice API addition is a Settings History call to:

  1. See a list of past setting changes made (Tombstoned as deleted and older version numbers in meta)

  2. Get the details for any of these past settings.

    This will allow O&O to see changes and potentially roll back any mistakes easily.
