As a prospective user, I want to have a way to send an expression of interest to use ReportStream to the support team.
As the O&O team, I want to get the prospective user leads with all the required information in one form to save time spent on multiple back and forth with the user to collect all the information.
O&O team is looking into a potential ticketing system between Smartsheets and ClickUp
This form with either create a ticket in the ticketing system or send an email to the support mailbox, based on where O&O team is in implementing the ticketing system.
Acceptance criteria
[ ] Prototype how we can move existing Dynamics form to RS website
[ ] Find place for onboarding form in IA
[ ] Outline flow for how form submissions will fit into O&O team processes
[ ] Entries in the form update O&O team in some way (ex: entries are mailed to the shared inbox, or entries are sent to Smartsheets and create a ticket, etc)
[ ] Submitted entries contain all the same info as the Dynamics form (ex: First and Last Name
, Email Address, Phone number, Organization Name, Jurisdiction, etc)
[ ] O&O is totally on board

The engineering design needs to consider the possibility sending an email as the MVP and creating the ticket as next stage.
