Website updates: IA, content, and markdown-driven page templates

Problem statement

We want to streamline the way we provide information and support to prospective and existing users by making our website more robust, information rich, and user-friendly. Users should be able to find answers to questions and access materials to make decisions or complete tasks.

Our current site has been cobbled together piecemeal over time and, since we're handing CSV upload to SR, doesn't fully address our current users or product direction.

Users

As a prospective user, I want to be able to find information about the product, or information relevant to my role, needs, or organization. I also want to be able to contact the organization to learn more or get started.

As an existing user I want to be able to access documentation or guides to help with ongoing use of the product. I also want to be able to contact RS for ongoing product support.

What you need to know

We can adapt some of previously revised (but not yet published) content work for this upcoming redesign so we don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Content adheres to ReportStream Content Style Guide
• [ ] Content follows federal plain language guidelines
• [ ] Design follows USWDS guidelines
• [ ] User voices: Sender is an API user (phase out CSV uploader content), Receiver represents a public health dept
• [ ] ReportStream is still unbranded, so we'll continue with the minimal design elements currently in use
• [ ] New sections or content: support/help/contact/faqs; updates/what's new; guides; etc.
• [ ] Create tickets for content, design and engineering.

This is an old epic with old issues. We can repurpose it when we start redesigning the website. Moving back to New items for now until we get to that point.
