Create SCP server to receive monkeypox data #6135

  1. Create via IaC an SFTP server for each environment
  2. Who will handle credentials?, Stephen Smythe will do customer communication
    • Public sftp with cert auth
  3. Four labs sending monkeypox data via reportstream, however labs have trouble so we want an alternate method
  4. Script to copy contents to a dedicated blob storage, then remove, run at least daily, target directory should be ~128g
    • cronjob/etl to sender container in blob storage
  5. Mo or Jim Duff for assistance/questions

final destination of sftp files is in storage account pdhprodstorageaccount and container sftparchive, with ETL logs in container sftparchive-logs. Each site deposits into separate directories, and a linux time directory is created when the archive runs nightly (4:40am EST):
