• [ ] Added customers to OKTA group for download site

• What transport(s) are we supporting for the receiver (SFTP, other)? (Add comment below)
• [ ] Tested ELR connection locally?
• [ ] Tested ELR connection from Azure?
• [ ] Has the receiver accessed the download site?
• [ ] Has the receiver been sent at least one test file?
• [ ] Has the receiver signed off on file formatting?
• [ ] Are there labs sending data?
• [ ] Has the receiver confirmed receipt of the data?
• [ ] Have the files processed successfully?
• [ ] Are we in production?
• [ ] Update customerStatus flag in production settings to active

@LaFreda1 It looks like we first reached out 9/16 - no response. And again 10/19 - No response. Should we reach out to Megan to make sure we have the most up to date contacts?

We had a kickoff meeting with them and they seemed excited so we built up a download only receiver for them and made okta accounts. Then they ghosted us...
