Missing message profile identifier from FHIR and HL7 data

User Story:

As a receiver, I want to have the message profile identifier in the HL7 data I receiver, so I can have all data.

Description/Use Case

The message profile identifier was not converted to FHIR thinking that the HL7 message we would generate was going to be RS specific and hence we would not have a message profile. That is not the case with HCA as we are providing the data as is, and may happen with other data as well. Add this data piece. See MSH-21

• MSH-21 is populated in the the resulting FHIR to HL7 conversion when using the HCA sample sample_co_1_20220518-0001.hl7
