Create dashboard to summarize task data #8543

User Story As a member of the report stream team, I need quickly identify the variables across and with user tasks so I can better link my work to user needs.

Background & Context The user task sheet provides a raw data set that may be difficult to parse. Rather than summarize this data in a document or other static format, the dashboard allows for the addition of new learning while still remaining an up-to-date resource. In this iteration, the dashboard provides viewers with a simple way to understand each individual task. Future iterations will provider greater depth.

Open Questions

What additional visualizations can be created using the data that is currently in the sheet? What additional data should be added to the user task sheet to make the dashboard more helpful to viewers.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. A set of comparison metrics that detail the total number of tasks, how they break down by senders and receivers, and where they exist in the user journey.
  2. A set of metrics and visualizations that help the viewer better understand the level of difficulty associated with each task.
  3. A task detail page that summarizes all existing data about a specific task.
