SPIKE: Duplicative data entry

Hypothesis: SR's manual nature is time-consuming and manually straining on organizations handling recurring bulk testing and data entry on the same groups of people.

These are a few themes/product opportunities in which we've observed duplicative workflows that could be designed to be more efficient on SimpleReport. Specifically:

Duplicative data entry

• Ordering provider
• CLIA number in facility registration: Some organizations use the same CLIA across all facilities. Santa Clara county uses the same CLIA for all facilities. Some school districts use the same CLIA for all facilities?
• County + state in facility registration: Assumption that all facilities have the same county and state as the parent org.
• County + state in people registration: Assumption that people live in the same county and state as the facility they're testing at.
