Some of our users are accessing SimpleReport from locations where they don't have access to a personal phone or email address. This makes logging in to SimpleReport difficult, because our 2FA solutions generally assume you'll have access to a phone.
The particular facilities affected by this seem to be cruise ships and correctional facilities.

Change your MFA in Okta
Select a new factor in Okta
Download some kind of Chrome extension for 2FA (which extension is TBD)
Register the factor with the extension
