Spreadsheet Template: Sample data for condition-agnostic CSV

Why should we do this?

• Currently, there is no CSV spreadsheet template available for capturing and submitting test results for any disease using the condition-agnostic SimpleReport schema from the Condition-Agnostic CSV Bulk Results Uploader page.
• We want to make it easier for users to report test results by providing a standardized CSV template that aligns with the SimpleReport condition-agnostic schema.

User Story

• As a healthcare professional, I want to have a CSV template that follows the SimpleReport condition-agnostic schema so that I can easily capture and submit test results for any disease.

Action Requested

• Develop a CSV template that conforms to the SimpleReport condition-agnostic schema and can be used to capture and submit test results for any disease.

Acceptance Criteria

• CSV Bulk Results Upload spreadsheet is available for the condition-agonstic schema
• the template has 3 lines of sample data with RSV as the disease
• you can access the template with sample data by clicking on the link on the condition-agnostic bulk upload page

questions/notes for refinement:

• do we want to link to this on the condition agnostic upload page
• if so, we should have a test that validates our sample data and expects it to pass as a way to keep us from letting the sample data get out of sync with our validations. should do the same with the covid/flu/rsv CSV
