overhauled and improved multiple aspects of PyRenew related to random processes, e.g. the simplerandomwalk.py file is gone and has been expanded in randomwalk.py (see here).

At present pyrenew-flu-light still needs to take some of these modifications into account and or reconcile whether the new patterns from this PR are being properly obeyed.
