Create Project Roadmap Incorporating This Repository In Detail #5

The PyRenew package, on which pyrenew-flu-light is based, has its own project roadmap.

In expectation, pyrenew-flu-light will be actively used (not just for the end of model comparisons) for influenza forecasting. As such, there is likely a series of progress milestones for pyrenew-flu-light that can be mapped onto a project roadmap to further facilitate development.

This roadmap could be a general 2024-25 respiratory season forecasting roadmap, an influenza forecasting roadmap, or a pyrenew-flu-light specific roadmap. Recently, @damonbayer indicated that some high level planning had occurred with respect to PyRenew projects, so his take is likely useful here.
