Add SME's CA Test Scenarios to RS e2e

Backlog Task

To ensure that future code changes don't break any of our test scenarios for CA, we want to automate the ReportStream end-to-end tests to use scenario message content from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AnPN2h8Gxf1234wbykmHTP4leqBOq2P4/edit?gid=340931274#gid=340931274

Completion Criteria

• [ ] Every ETOR-TI transformation for UCSD is captured in an assertion
• [x] Every ReportStream transformation for UCSD is captured in an assertion
• [ ] New story is created to capture future E2E testing that includes utilizing the ingestion service
• [ ] New story(s) has been captured to cover all CA CLIA validation messages as part of "golden copy" message testing

  • [x] name: ucsdOruUpdateUniversalServiceIdentifier - Overrides the values of Name of Coding System (OBR-4.3) and Alternate Identifier (OBR-4.4) in Universal Type Code (OBR-4)

E2E test for the` CLIA validation scenarios will be captured in a new ticket. Acceptance criteria for this ticket changed to include creating that new ticket and adding assertions for all transforms being completed as part of the UCSD flow.
