Create a state profile to assess hospital partnerships for ETOR for the state. What would make them a good candidate for partnership? What would encourage them to partner with us?

CDC provided a list of target hospitals. Once we get confirmation that Texas is part of the pilot program we will hold off on additional research around potential hospital partners and the PHL relationship with the HIE
