As a public health lab, to reduce transcription errors caused by handwritten order data, I need risk factors included as part of the electronic order.

[ ] Risk factors must be support NBS card options used by MN, AL, & TX. (e.g. NICU, premature, on medications, transfusion, transfusion date, antibiotics, birth defects, deceased siblings, family history of NBS disorder, Meconium Ileus)
