Add functionality to handle sludge/solids

Problem

We currently only have the ability in the model to fit to liquid samples

Requirements

• [ ] explore what % of our data is sludge/solids
• [ ] modify stan model to be able to handle liquid and solid samples
• [ ] modify pre-processing to identify and pass in data from solids and liquids
