An in-development R package and a Bayesian hierarchical model jointly fitting multiple "local" wastewater data streams and "global" case count data to produce nowcasts and forecasts of both observations
Prompts the user to report wastewater concentrations in terms of log scale genome copies per mL. This is indicated in the package function documentation, the vignette, and the package dataset documentation
Adjust the pre and postprocessing functions to expect log scale data as an input
Adjust the figures to plot directly the log scale values
Some scope creep on also specifying how to handle NAs for values below the LOD in the vignette
Some scope creep describing the output variables in the draws_df <- get_draws_df(ww_fit)
