An in-development R package and a Bayesian hierarchical model jointly fitting multiple "local" wastewater data streams and "global" case count data to produce nowcasts and forecasts of both observations
@ChiragKumar9 suggested it would be nice to show how to evaluate the added benefit of extra sites, frequency of collection, latency etc since this might be an interesting analysis for someone to do to optimize their wastewater program. Could also include something showing how to modify different priors/parameters and seeing how that impacts forecasts (@akeyel also suggested something like this). Might need to be two vignettes
