An in-development R package and a Bayesian hierarchical model jointly fitting multiple "local" wastewater data streams and "global" case count data to produce nowcasts and forecasts of both observations
Currently using the old implementation of the no wastewater model, which estimates multiple subpopulation infection dynamics under the hood with no subpopulation observation processes. We should merge main into spatial-main so the updated model structure and pre-processing is fixed.
@arranhamlet has a workaround now but this will eventually be blocking.
