This closes #248 and adds a workflow diagram to the README. Eventually might want to upgrade this but I think is helpful for now.

Hmm, this rendered not the way I see in the README on the pkgdown. Not sure why. Maybe the svg?

Looks better now with png. Proposing we make this change for now, and maybe eventually move to a mermaid diagram.
