Update submission message that is sent to users #58

Kratz deposited our survey data in dash and got the confirmation message below. Can we work on the text for this message? For instance...

1) can we have the DOI also be a link? 2) what is "olomnajrvh"? 3) can we add text describing what's in the attachment?

Perry comments summarized 1) Sure, (Note: do people knew what to do with a DOI?) 2) It’s the local identifier assigned by Dash.

Is there an advantage to providing the nt2 ARK URL rather than a DOI one, which would be more familiar?

Is there a reason to include the Dash local ID in the email? If so, we should say what the ID is. Maybe list the 3 identifiers associated with the submission–

The identifiers associated with this dataset are: ark:/b5060/d8rp4v doi:10.5060/D8RP4V local:olomnajrvh

I agree that a list of the files successfully uploaded would also be nice.
