Create a rake task in the existing DMPHub system that sends DMPs to the new DMPHub system via it's API.

[ ] Add the old DMPHub as a client for the new system so that it can access the API
[ ] Write the script
[ ] Test the transfer by comparing the RDA common standard JSON generated for a given DMP from both systems. They should be identical
