Final cutover to v2 #106

These are the final tasks to perform to switch over to the new v2 system. They should be performed in each environment as we go along!

[ ] Update DNS record to point to the new API Gateway
[ ] Run script to the update the landing page URL for all DMPs (if necessary ... we are going to try to avoid this!)
