Landing pages seem to default to 'Granted' status #53

Landing page is defaulting to a status of 'granted' even though there is no Grant URL. For example: https://dmphub.cdlib.org/dmps/doi:10.48321/D1V30R

This was completed, though we are also going to create a new field so that users can identify the current funding status.
