Users ORCID ids are not being updated #55

It looks like if a user was already in the DMPHub and they create another DMP, this time with their ORCID info, it is not making through to the hub

after some further investigation, the User in the above example is a contributor on the DMP record (not a collaborator or owner). No ORCID was ever defined for this contributor. We should update the DMPTool communication to always send the owner of the DMP through as the 'contact'
