Build a Lambda function that transforms the DMP payload from the DynamoDB into the appropriate format (based on content negotiation)

• Code service to:
  • Return the RDA Common standard JSON (stripping out any attributes used for internal processing) for application/json
  • Return the BibTex citation for application/x-bibtex
  • Return the XML (derived from the RDA Common Standard) for application/xml ... if time permits
  • Return the DMP landing page as the default
• Return the converted data
• Allow endpoint Lambdas to invoke this lambda
• Build tests
• Add Lambda to CloudFormation
