Unable to add/update Organization URLs #405

Please complete the following fields as applicable:

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) Version: v4.0.1

Expected behaviour: Saves, creates, and replaces Organization's URLs in the Organization details tab under Admin.

Actual behaviour:

Does not save changes even when clicking the "Save" button. Reloads the page and shows no change.

Steps to reproduce:

Logged into DMPTool as an administrator and went to Organizational Details under Admin. In the Profile information tab there is currently no URL listed. Added the Library's website and link text, scrolled to the bottom of the page, and clicked "Save." Page is reloaded but no URL is listed and no changes are made to the site heading.

We will be releasing an update to the system tomorrow morning which will include a patch to correct the issue

you should be able to update the links now @bgwaltemate please let us know if you're able to save

I just tried and I still am unable to :/

Cleared my cache and made sure that I'm accessing the latest version (4.0.3)

Thanks again for reporting this issue @bgwaltemate. We will be deploying a fix for it in release v4.04 which will be deployed later this month.
