Update the `User.archive` function so that it removes all data #414

The User.archive method was introduced several years ago and has not kept up with the recent changes made to introduce maDMP functionality.

We should update it to:

Remove all entries for the user from the identifiers table Note: this should be contributed back to DMPRoadmap project
Remove all entries for the user from the oauth_applications table
Remove all entries for the user from the oauth_access_grants table
Remove all entries for the user from the oauth_access_tokens table
Remove all entries for the user from the external_api_access_tokens table

This will be part of the considerations for defining user management in the new system
