Existing user asked to create an account instead of signing in #468

When a user has an existing account and they also have an active invitation, the application is forcing them into the create account workflow.

We should add logic that nils out the invitation fields if they already have an account. It is not apparent how the record got to this state. There are 2 potential routes and we should investigate which one created the scenario:

User has an account and then another user invites them to collaborate (this should not update the user's invitation fields but should send the email per normal)
The user received an invitation and then created their account (the invitation fields should get updated and cleared automatically)
