Changes to Preferences and Research Outputs tab #470

This is a list of smaller changes to the preferences tab based on user feedback.

[x] For the label on the admin page: “Tooltip for Licences,” Licenses is spelled wrong. CHECKED [x] Adding a repo to the list, HTML shows in the tooltips. CHECKED [x] Under Preferred repositories and metadata standards - the checkbox "Require researchers to select from a specific list" - researchers is misspelled in both sections CHECKED [x] Add a message to the success message: "Your changes have been saved. Don't forget to publish your changes." CHECKED [x] Several testers mentioned that the multiple options for tooltips on the Output Types were confusing. So, please remove the ability to add tooltips to the Title and Description. CHECKED [x] Under Prefered repositories, change the check box "Require reserachers to select from a specific list?" to: "Create a list of preferred repositories." This would also require a change to how the Preferred Repositories section works. Admins would select their preferred repositories, and users would see these repositories listed but still have the ability to search the re3 corpus and override the preferences. CHECKED [x] Add 'Custom Data Use Agreements/Terms of Use' to the list of available licenses that appear in the main default list. CHECKED [x] Lists should be ordered A-Z. (I think you may have done this already)CHECKED [x] Many were confused about tooltips and what they would look like. So, let's add a line that says: "Tooltip text will appear when a user mouses over this field" CHECKED [x] Tooltips for Repositories and Metadata Standards are not actually tooltips but more like descriptions. So, we should add a line that states: "Description for Repositories/Metadata Standards. This can be used to provide custom guidance and/or instructions for researchers." CHECKED [x] Add a line at the very top of the Preferences tab that states: "Use the following settings to customize the Research Outputs tab"CHECKED [x] on The Research Outputs tab it currently looks like “Metadata Standards” applies over the whole section, but it only applies to the blue box. Please add an additional header that says “Access to Data/Outputs” CHECKED [x] For the "Initial access level," please change the options in the drop-down to: "Controlled Access; Unrestricted Access; Other." CHECKED [x] If possible, add some explanatory text under the Initial access level drop-down that reads: "Data in controlled access databases are available to investigators only after review of their proposed research use. Data in unrestricted access databases are publicly available to anyone." This phrase was taken directly from sharing.nih.gov, and we recommend pasting this just below the drop-down menu (see screenshot below). CHECKED
