Update language on page where people select visibility
Need to identify a place in the UI to add a checkbox and link to terms that describe our new workflow and has language about harvesting metadata fro the uploaded file and potentially generating derivative works (e.g. fixing accessibility issues, using it to train/inform an LLM, etc.)
