'Project details' link on Finalize page returns an error. #538

Link on Finalize page does not take you to the Project Details page as expected but returns an error.

On staging, testing upload functionality with project: https://dmptool-stg.cdlib.org/plans/89609

  1. Select project from Dashboard table.
  2. Go to Finalize tab.
  3. Text states "X plan is not flagged as a mock project on the Project Details panel"
  4. Click on Project Details link (in step 3).
  5. Expected behaviour: you are taken to the Project Details page.
  6. Actual behaviour: you are returned My Dashboard and the following error message is displayed: "Error: Record Not Found: ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound"
