Support AmazonLinux 2023 deployment

Changes proposed in this PR:

add gems to gem file
- ed25519
- bcrypt_pbkdf
- net-smtp
- net-imap
- net-pop
fix error in capistrano deploy.rb file

This PR supperceeds #540 in which I did a full update of all gems in Gemfile.lock.

In this version, I only added the above gems and ran bundle install to modify the Gemfile.lock
